02. Solution
User journey for typical roles across industries such as banking, retail, NHS, local councils, education, government agencies, private equity and insurance were created.
Storyboards exemplified the new way of working and offered insights on plugging efficiency and knowledge gaps in each organisation.
Internal company hubs were created to empower individuals to get more out of their time and role. These were a centralised space for users to refer to for L&D, user guides, success stories and reaching a network of support within their organisation.
This was also an opportunity for senior leadership teams to reach their people, with a lateral management style. Offering company newsletters, activities and more casual social posts.
In some cases these hubs were developed as a means of sharing business critical news and documentation, strengthening collaboration and more informed employees.
03. Impact
The hubs were a staple of the digital adoption process and were designed and created for each client, alongside the storyboards, user journeys and user guides.
In total thirty clients engaged with with digital transformation and adoption. Below is a demo of content on what was delivered.
01. Challenge
The various challenges we faced ranged from siloed working styles, poor communication, inability for close collaboration, operational inefficiency and little transparency for knowledge sharing and documentation.
Understanding client requirements from each industry we partnered
with required an approach that clearly showed the benefits of adopting a more efficient digital way of working, unique to their role and day
to day tasks.
Illustrating the current style of work, calling out pain points the user currently faces and presenting the case for a more efficient path of collaboration and learning.
