The MoJ required digital platforms to improve communication and collaboration within its organisation, fostering a more integrated approach to operations.
During the pandemic, the MoJ, like many other agencies, required more and more efficient processes' reducing their reliance on manual tasks and a full week attending the office.
Alongside these requirements, the adoption process aimed to up-skill and inform all of it's civil servants. Taking their staff on a journey of learning and development so that they are well equipped with the knowledge on changes in their workplace.

02. Solution
The design elements are an extension of the MoJ public website, a particular focus being accessibility. Choosing imagery and designing elements that will be easy to use by all is crucial to the success of any government platform.
03. Impact
We achieved a site that trained and informed MoJ staff on the benefits of the new tools and 'Ways of Working'. As well as this the hub is a place where all employees refer to and receive ministry news.
01. Challenge
The challenges facing the MoJ are an example in government agency transformation and digital adoption. Archives of files and data require managing, not just for easy navigation but also for responsible handling of sensitive material. Sharing and collaborating on documents safely and securely is paramount to an organisation such as the MoJ.
