Design work shown below is the Sliide intranet, various internal sites, branding, product design and client collateral. These were projects that streamlined the day to day operations of the company and provided client deliverables during a pivotal scale up time for the business. 02. Solution

Three themes were chosen to categorize and filter information: 'Communication,' 'The Hub,' and 'Communities.' The home site presented bite-sized learning and insights alongside general communications. 'Communication' focused on business champions, remote communication styles, and productivity tips. 'The Hub' covered Sliide products and business knowledge. 'Communities' promoted Sliide's culture, encouraging participation in activities and events in the London and Manchester offices. This highlighted Sliide's commitment to its people through LGBTQ+ events, wellness activities, and neurodiversity awareness.

03. Impact

Centralised information streamlined access to resources and time spent searching for information. Providing a dedicated space enhanced onboarding, facilitating faster new starter integration. Improving communication kept team members updated with important updates, significantly increasing engagement with internal initiatives and updates on new products and features. Operational efficiency provided easy access to daily info and assisted the office manager and P&T team to organise events and attendance. Cultural integration and engagement promoted an increase in activities, and community involvement.

01. Challenge

Design an intranet as the hub for Sliide's culture and operations, targeting onboarding for new starters and supporting existing team members.

Previously, information was siloed across tools like Confluence, Notion, and Slack. The intranet needed to centralise this content and knowledge without replacing these tools, whilst providing a space for new starters to learn at their own pace and keep current employees informed with important updates and daily operational information.
