Sliide manage large volumes of devices both for client use and internal testing. Managing the information of each device became a very time consuming exercise, often with slow communication and little oversight. 

 

The purpose of the device inventory was to streamline the internal processes of sending, receiving and owning a device  for the business. This entailed a full UI update of the existing page cataloguing information as well as adding new features, such as internal messaging and greater transparency around test devices and owners.

This tool was rolled out to Dev-Ops and Integrations teams at Sliide who were able to work with Customer Success in delivering devices to clients at greater speed and efficiency as well as keep track of test devices sent to new starters, getting to grips with Sliides wide range of products.
